The Victorian Neurorehabilitation Network (VNN) is a collective of allied health clinicians who have teamed together to provide a comprehensive and truly interdisciplinary service for those who have experienced neurological injury or illness.

Our rehabilitation services include:

All of our clinicians love what we do. We are an established, experienced and close-knit team that have proven to work exceptionally well together. Clients can be confident they will work with a consistent team. 

VNN clinicians provide excellent peer support to each other. We pride ourselves on regular and effective communication with our clients, their families, and their entire care teams as required. Our team meets regularly to review clients’ progress and goals. Our focus is on person-centred care, dedicated to maximising independence and participation in the community. 

Our clinicians work collaboratively under these guiding principles:

• We recognise the power of delivering personalised therapy in the home and community settings
• We understand that injury and illness also affects families and communities, therefore we work collaboratively with the person and their network
• We uphold best practice guidelines and keep up to date with emerging therapies, techniques and approaches
• We know this is a unique client group that warrants clinicians who are experts in their field and who have demonstrated that they can work together seamlessly. VNN clinicians bring to the team a minimum of 10 years of experience working in the area of neurorehabilitation.
