Vironia Mikhaiel completed her Physiotherapy degree at The University of Melbourne in 2005. Since qualifying, she has worked across public and private hospitals and businesses including Peninsula Health, Eastern Health, Epworth Healthcare, The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre as well as various private practice clinics including her own. Vironia has a passion for excellence in healthcare and business. She is an Australian Physiotherapy Association Member (including being Neurology and Business groups member) and also a member of the Australasian Society of the Study Brain Impairment (ASSBI). Vironia is an Australian Physiotherapy Association Mentor and provides ongoing supervision and mentorship to staff and other Allied Health. She previously tutored students at the University of Melbourne.

She keeps up to date in the latest areas of Neurological, Disability and Business through attendance at conferences, courses and lectures through the Australian Physiotherapy Association and elsewhere. She is motivated to manage complex conditions including Acquired Brain Injuries, strokes, persistent pain and other neurological conditions and disabilities. Vironia has a holistic approach with her clients; collaborating with them and their supporting team of family, therapists and carers to encourage them to achieve improved quality of life and self-management.
