Caroline has worked throughout Australia in the fire and safety industry where her roles included sales, training, marketing, mentoring and management. During her career she travelled internationally attending conferences and practical industrial fire fighter training to enhance her knowledge in the fire safety area. In 2018, Caroline transitioned into health practice management and has gained strong knowledge and hands on experience working across multiple disciplines and communication channels.
Caroline is a strong communicator, with an aptitude for efficiency and complex processes. She has a friendly personality and brings warmth and compassion to her role as VNN Practice Manager.
